Taking care of your Terrarium is Easy...
Check every couple of weeks or so to see if your terrarium needs water. Feel the soil to see if it is dry and add water if it is. Terrariums should never be placed in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can cause the terrariums internal temperature to become too high.
When watering your terrarium, the most important thing is that you never over water. It is better for your terrarium to be a little too dry than to be too moist. Over watering is the number one problem in terrariums. It is not uncommon for a terrarium not to need watering for 4 to 6 months, depending on the size. If you see lots of condensation or have added too much water, leave the top off until it has had a chance to dry out.

Monitor the soil and plants. Water cautiously and only when plants are dry. A terrarium recycles water by producing condensation on its walls. This happens during periods of photosynthesis and increased heat in the room. The condensation then drips back into the soil and is recycled back into the system.
Remove any leaves that show signs of yellowing or damage and prune plants if they grow too large. It is not necessary to fertilize your terrarium. Feel free to contact me with any questions. kimmchone@gmail.com

Hello Friends!

I hope you are enjoying this Weekend! As many of you know I have moved to Wilson NC. I am closer now to all my terrarium supplies and have an entire craft barn I am working out of, on a hundred acre farm! I know! I still come to Greensboro quite often, averaging once a month. I haven't been at the last couple of Indie Markets, but I do have terrariums available. I usually bring a few to Greensboro every time I come. Please let me know if you or your office would like a little world or if you would like to have a little terrarium party.
